No smoking, vaping or e-cigs in the premises (yard, garage, driveway, apartment)

Use designated area for parking (space avaible for one vehicle only)

Yard area and garage are limited to the main house

Starter kit items are not restocked, with the exception of monthly stays (once every 30 days)

Monthly stays require one professional cleaning every 30 days

Streaming services to be provided by the guest

You will access the property through the back yard, there will be a combination lock on the gate (combination to be provided 24-48 hrs before check-in day)

Door to the building (garage) and apartment is equipped with electronic locks (code to be provided 24-48 hrs before check-in day)
Additional notes
The studio is on the second floor of a detached garage. There's an independent entrance through the back yard of the main house.

Please note that your lease only grants access to the the indoor space. Yard area and garage are reserved for the main house.

Starter kits are not restocked, it is the resposibility of the guest to supply any extra items not listed on the property description.

Monthly stays include 1 cleaning per month.

This home is BYOL (Bring Your Own Login) our TV is equipped with Roku Guest Mode. Choose your check-out date and it will automatically sign out all your streaming accounts.
