SuperHog is the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. We use them to independently verify our guests as well as collecting a security deposit to protect you from any damages sustained during your stay.
How does it work?
After a booking has been confirmed, you will receive an unique verification link to begin the online verification process. 🛎️
Enter all their basic personal information into our secure database and then accept our Guest Agreement to confirm their liability for damage.👩💻
Finally, you will need to upload a photo of your government ID card or passport and a real-time selfie. 🤳
How much is the deposit? 🤔
We collect a refundable $500 security deposit for every booking, plus a $15 non-refundable platform fee.
